We had endless issues with our former systems administrative support, lagging call backs, weeks to get service tickets handled, lacking knowledge within the staff which left us very frustrated and using hours of our time to figure out issues that we shouldn't be figuring out ourselves. After moving to LPA all of these have been resolved. The service they provide for the products they offer is top notch. We do not wait for results anymore, when we reach out to anyone on their service or sales team, we get answers immediately and it keeps our business moving forward and my team focused on the important tasks. Everyone is friendly, and their seasoned technicians know all aspects of their products. Thanks LPA!

LPA Retail takes very good care of our IT issues. You are always able to talk to a real person and they take the time to make sure everything is running smoothly. Noute is our main contact and he is fabulous to work with. He understands your questions and is able to explain issue to non-IT people. I would highly recommend LPA to any business.
